Finally coming home
Even though Hurricane Irene was a joke and I really didn’t have to leave, I’m glad I did. Ozzy had so much fun! He learned how to swim and play fetch. I’m happy I could give him the experience!

Today was a monumental day for my pup Ozzy - he went swimming for the first time with his brother Pikle! We took them to this creek on the resort’s property and they dove right in. Ozzy was a natural, graceful swimmer, while Pikle was kinda derpy. He flailed around like he was trying to swim upwards and I don’t think he used his hind legs much. He’s such a lil doofer!...

Good part of the day: Ozzy finally experienced the country and swam (kinda) for the first time.
Bad part of the day: Ozzy was SO excited to be in the country that he threw me down and dragged me along a patch of rocks. I’m in so much pain right now.

Finally in West Virginia
Getting two hyper chocolate lab pups on the plane was HELL. We gave them doggy Xanax (a double dose!) and it didn’t do shit, they were all over the place. When we got in the car to go to the hotel (the Greenbrier) they flipped a SHIT. I think it was seeing/smelling all the countryside and not being able to run around. This hurricane sucks
My parent’s building is in one of the major evacuation zones, so we have to be out of here by 5pm tomorrow. My dad, being the crazy hysteric that he is, is having us all fly to West Virginia tomorrow morning until everything blows over. I only agreed to it on the terms that I could bring my pup Ozzy, which thankfully he agreed to.

I literally did nothing all day but schedule actresses for an audition for the lead in my film on Saturday. I have no idea how Ryan and I are gonna see 30+ people in one day, but I’m excited!
